2. Principles

We only process personal data where necessary to run this website and handle your requests – in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and North Macedonia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

3. Hosting and server logs

When you visit the website, our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) automatically stores technical data (IP address, date, time, browser, page visited) for security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. Contact form and quote requests

When you contact us via the form, we process your details (name, company, phone, email, project details, uploaded files) to handle your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted once no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. WhatsApp and Viber

If you message us via WhatsApp or Viber, those providers' privacy policies also apply. The buttons on our website are plain links – no data is transferred until you click them.

6. Google Maps

The Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited) only loads after you explicitly agree (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your IP address may then be transferred to Google, including to the USA. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.

7. Chat on the website

If you write to us through the chat on the website, we process your name, contact details (phone or email) and message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is forwarded through our function at Netlify and delivered to us by email (via Netlify Forms) and by WhatsApp (via the CallMeBot service). A notice is shown before sending. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed.

8. Videos and social networks

The videos on the website are stored on our server and played without any connection to third parties. The links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are simple links – no data is transferred before you click. Those platforms' own privacy policies apply.

9. Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. We only store your language choice and cookie preferences in your browser's local storage (technically necessary).

10. Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Just write to us at creactive00@gmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in North Macedonia the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP), in the EU the authority in your country of residence.
